Dr. Opening is great so far. I had my first appointment today for a follow-up to receiving my CPAP 3 months ago in another city. We recently moved here and I needed this appointment for medicare purposes. He was very interested in my pulmonary and cardiac history and is following up with more tests. I highly recommend him!
Despite the negative reviews, I still foolishly tried to get an appointment. After 2 weeks of leaving messages for a return phone call, I finally was able to call and get a person. After being transferred around the office a few times, I get to the new patient guy. What a waste of time he is. Not only could you not understand him, he doesn’t call back to schedule an appointment like he said he would. After 2 messages trying to get an appointment, still no call back. Do not waste your time with this place, go see someone that actually cares about getting patients.
Great experience other than Hope when she checked us in – her first comment was "I was hoping you wouldn't show up". Dr took his time and explained well and the nurse was very friendly.
Dr Oseni is great. I went to see him because an allergist doc put me on an inhaler for asthma. Oseni sent me for an upper GI after my assessment, and it was discovered that I have reflux and not asthma. I stopped using the inhaler immediately and started treating my reflux. Can't thank this guy enough!!
The doctor was very nice. The rest of the experience sucked from the 25 pages of to fill out before the appointment and then go over them again in the office. Absolutely no communication with me about my options for sleep studies. Rude and insolent front office employees. And that was just the first appointment. I cancelled before I did my sleep study. I have already been diagnosed with sleep apnea. I've lost a bunch of weight and needed my machine tweaked or a new diagnosis. I'm not going there again.I should have read the reviews before I allowed myself to waste gas getting there.
