Very efficient practice with kind professional staff.
I have been a patient with this clinic for sleep apnea since 2014. have to go to a lot of doctors and medical providers. This is the one place I truly look forward to visiting because of the culture that clearly was instilled by Dr Patel it continues through the many on staff who have remained and with the new team in place. They are warm, kind, upbeat, hope-filled, and helpful. I just finished an appointment where they helped me see a benefit I qualify for through my insurance that I would not have caught otherwise.
This place is a waste of time and money I have been going there for more than 15 years. You will only see a NP and the will not make you an appointment to see the Dr for a follow up visit. Only can see the Dr if he is even there for new problems. Whe i was able to see the Dr he could not write me a perception for a controlled substance he called in the NP. My recent visit I showed up for allergies and asma to get my meds renewed. I jave lequmia and being treated by an oncologist so I am at high risk for infections. The NP walked in asks a few questions never listen to my lungs looked in my throat nothing. I asked if there may be any new treatment for my Condition? She said nothing see you in a year unless you need us. I was charged for seeing a Dr not a Nurse i could have done a phone call for the service I got. I will be asking my General practioner Dr to take over the prescriptions pay much less and be seeking a dr. Back years ago you would have gotten good service here but not any more.
Completely for profit. If you were insulin dependant, and have been for 10 years, they would withhold your prescription for an examination. The worst customer service I've ever encountered. Will be looking for other options as money is prioritized over patient well being.
I am very pleased so far with the experience at Sneeze and Snooze clinic. All the staff are extremely friendly. They are very thorough in answering my questions which is very important to me as I am the kind of person that always has lots of questions and wants to understand my medical care. They are very patient with me and spend the time needed to make sure all my questions are answered. I can tell that they really care about their patients. Barbie in particular spent lots of time helping me select just the right mask I never felt rushed. Highly recommend this clinic to anybody needing their services.
