Dr. Iffat Ahmed is truly one of a kind! She’s not just a doctor — she’s the kind of person who makes you feel completely at ease the moment you walk into the room. She’s warm, funny, and so genuinely caring that you can tell right away she’s in this profession because she truly wants to help people. Every appointment with her feels like you’re talking to someone who really listens — she takes the time to understand what’s going on, explains everything clearly, and always makes sure you leave feeling confident and cared for. She’s also unbelievably smart and knows her stuff inside and out. You can tell she’s incredibly knowledgeable, but she never talks over you or makes you feel rushed — instead, she goes above and beyond to make sure you understand what’s happening and what the best steps are moving forward. It’s rare to find a doctor who has both such strong expertise and such a big heart, but Dr. Ahmed somehow balances both effortlessly. I actually look forward to my appointments with her (and who can say that about a doctor, right?). She’s kind, funny, compassionate, and truly dedicated to her patients’ well-being. I recommend Dr. Iffat Ahmed to absolutely everyone — she’s the real deal, and you’ll leave every visit feeling not just healthier, but happier, too.
Was very pleased with the appt I had with Dr. Flores. He was patient, thorough and answered all my questions. His staff was also a pleasure to work with. In addition, I was able to get in to see him quickly, not like other sleep specialists I had tried to make an appointment with. EXCELLENT!
The doctors here are excellent and provide outstanding care, which is why I continue to come. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the front desk staff. The two women who manage the front desk are consistently rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. Their workspace is also extremely messy and disorganized—something that should never be acceptable in a medical office. It creates a poor first impression and does not reflect the quality of care provided by the physicians. This office would greatly benefit from improving the professionalism, courtesy, and cleanliness at the front desk so that the entire experience matches the high standard set by the doctors.
