Very unprofessional service! After a sleep study, they scheduled me for a video call with the doctor to review the result. On day of my appointment, I waited for 30 minutes but nobody has showed up, I then went to their place to inquire, they were so rude to me. I asked them to release my result to my specialist doctor and they said okay, but they didn't. I had to drive 30 minutes back and fort from my specialist doctor as he didn't recive the result.

This was one of my worst experiences. I had requested a home study kit, but was assured by Dr. Goudarzi that a much more accurate reading would be given if done in the sleep lab. The room can be best be described as a version of a very cheap motel. Ceiling tiles looked cruddy with missing pieces. The high off the floor bed was covered with a thin spread and extremely wrinkled sheets. Quite unappealing for a good night's sleep. I explained to the Tech that I would need blankets for warmth, as the room was extremely cold. I was told the thermostat was set at a certain temperature and couldn't be changed. Fine, but certainly warm bed coverings should have been provided. She said they do not have blankets there. So she brought in two additional thin spreads, along with a few more wrinkled sheets and piled them on me. I remained cold the entire night. The TV only had one channel that only showed infomercials. When I needed to use the restroom, I was sent holding the unit that held all the wires that were connected to me, in my hand. This was a feat attempting to use the toilet and wash my hands, while holding onto the unit. There should have been a rolling cart to hold it. I had no idea I would be sharing a bathroom with men until I saw urine all over the toilet bowl. Disgusting! There were no disinfectant wipes or hand sanitizers of any sort. This is not a place I would recommend to anyone, and I suggest you ask to see the room, whichever Sleep Lab you may choose. 09/13/2023

If your insurance covers anywhere else go there. One the laziest staff I’ve ever met. They say my insurance has to approve my sleep study. Which I understand, but they never sent anything to my insurance for 4 weeks and everytime I called I’d get the same answer. “Your insurance has to approve it first sir.” Until I called my insurance to expedite my forms. SHOCKING NEWS! They never sent it and sat on their hands for a month meanwhile I’m on medication to even get any sleep at night. They couldn’t care less about you. I call them out. No apology for a huge mistake. I got the sleep study a week later. Another RED flag 🚩. I come in and the “person” who hands out the in-home sleep study machines left early? How is that my fault. Again no apology. When the staff doesn’t respect you. Nothing will get done because you will have to call everyday at opening to get a fire under their *ss.

Staff was professional and explained everything in Detail. I recommend people bring their own pillows and sheets to make you feel more like your own bed (Nothing wrong with the ones provided by clinic). I also recommend the clinic signage on the back be improved with a bright sign on the door and to buy a Sleep number mattress or one that can adjust the mattress firmness to the patient's preference.

Extremely rude service. I am a single mom of 2. I got to the sleep study and 20 minutes after arrival I realized I left my oven on. I had cooked dinner for my children before leaving for the sleep study. I do not own a car so I had taken a uber there and back. I couldnt afford to come back that same night. I just called to reschedule. The first lady who answered was very polite. She transfered me to Chloe. SHE WAS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Maybe she is having a bad day but her rudeness was disgusting.
