Advantage Sleep Centers

I recently had a sleep study with a CPAP machine. This place did not use distilled water in their machine. The machine looked dirty. I should have walked out as soon as they told me they didn’t use distilled water and I saw the machine. I ended up with a respiratory infection. It’s a disgrace that any healthcare facility does not follow proper procedure.

Excellent experience. Becky my Sleep Tech was very professional and thorough . Not happy that I have sleep apnea and have to use a CPAP but at least Advantage treated me with upmost respect and care ! Update - 2nd visit to Advantage to get my CPAP machine …above and beyond explaining how to use and care for …I’d give 6 Stars if available!!

My experience with the staff here was above and beyond! Everyone I came in contact with for 2 sleep studies and cpap instruction was so pleasant. That's rare to find every employee that way! I wish I could remember all their names but I do recall Joy, Kim and Ginny. These women and the one I can't remember are an asset to your company. I really appreciated the thorough instruction from Ginny about the machine! I told her she was a great teacher. I would recommend my friends to go here if they needed a sleep study.

I had an appointment with Ginny to learn how to use my new CPAP machine. She was very thorough and easy to understand although I found her to be very condescending especially when asked a question. She thinks she gets away with it but she doesn’t. The next day I called back and someone with a heavy smokers voice answered, I think her name was Kim. I told her I couldn’t tolerate the smell of the nasal pillow. She said “wash it” I didn’t know that would actually help and I could have used more of an explanation not “I’ve been here for 18 years and I never heard that” I Told her there are other complaints of the smell on the internet. She was so rude I couldn’t continue the conversation. I told her I would let Dr. Ferroni’s office know about my experience. She didn’t care. I spoke to a very pleasant and professional respiratory therapist at Dr. Ferroni’s office who said I could come by the office anytime and he would be glad to help me choose something more suitable. I am a healthcare professional myself. I enjoy my patients and treat them with dignity and respect. I am very happy I didn’t have my sleep study here. I had a very pleasant experience at Jefferson Sleep Center. If these two women don’t like dealing with patients they would be best leaving. I will not deal with this office again and hope this isn’t an measure of how Advantage runs their business.

I had another great experience with Advantage staff. Ginny was extremely accommodating, professional, and friendly. She took the time to instruct me and answer all my questions. Thank you fir the opportunity to get a good night's sleep.
