Joselin Carranza should not be a nurse. She was so rude. Asked her a simple question that she couldn’t answer, and she replied with the utmost of attitude. Bad energy, bad vibes, as if I was a nuisance. Even my relative while walking out said the same thing before I did. Don’t work with people if you don’t like them. Simple as that. :)
I was supposed to have surgery today in the pediatric unit , I had a very unprofessional and disgusting experience, I was kept waiting for hours, I asked questions for them not to be answered, everything felt very unorganized, I had waited 2 hours on the doctor just for him to tell me that he doesn’t have the right equipment on site to do my procedure, and that I would have to wait for it to be delivered. Extremely unprofessional, unorganized, disgusting, and lazy.
A couple of nurses at the ER suggested the patient to take a certain medication since their symptom was "just" insomnia. This was in fact not the case. The patient had more symptoms and a different, more complex illness than just insomnia that the current staff clearly had little experience and knowledge in. Fortunately, the misdiagnosis was not deadly enough to kill a person, just had to come back the next day to correct the medication. Not a good hospital for Psychiatry. Go to Stamford
PA Danielle Neuberth is incredible & did an amazing job in helping seal my toddler’s cut with sutures. Not only is she an excellent medical professional with a steady hand- but she really connected with both me & my toddler to help us feel more at ease during the whole process. I just had to go on here & write a review because she is truly exceptional. Also, Greenwich hospital is very clean & a great hospital
The Greenwich Hospital L&D and Maternity is amazing! The nurses and doctors are attentive, make you feel comfortable no matter what is going on, answer all your questions and are available any time you need them while there and they have phone numbers for your postpartum at home if you have questions on lactation or need to speak to a nurse. They also give you everything you need for postpartum recovery so I had lots to take home and didn’t really need to purchase anything. I used the lactation line this time for some questions and was very helpful - I didn’t need to make an extra doctor visit. I just had my second baby there and highly recommend. The nurses I encountered - Julia, Sandra, Tara, Daniel, Cari and Lisa - amazing. Dr Elias delivered my son an I couldn’t be more grateful for her!
