If you’re happy being a sheep in the herd and waiting four months for anything to get done, you’ll fit right in here. Their customer service has the DMV energy and I empathize with them -- I get that things in Arizona have changed thanks to all the California transplants, but wow—this place checks every stereotype box.

I just recently had a sleep study there 8/13 and it's the worst place I've ever had one done. I've had many done and would not go back. I'm currently on a bipap with apnea and according to the tech who sounded like he was breathing through a gas mask told me I had no episodes all night. My home machine says 6 to 30 per hour. No personal bathroom like in most places it's a community bathroom with a shower. Bed was very uncomfortable and you could tell it had been used for a while. Couldn't take my pillows so had to use their flat pillows that are worsethan a motel 6. Wires that they attach were not cleaned after last patient use. So disappointed but i guess now I can honestly say I see why the hospital is not recommended. I would rather die then go there. Very sad.

I had a sleep study recently at this location and was very impressed with the care I received. Bodhi, the Sleep Technologist, was kind, professional, and explained everything clearly from the start. She offered me water right away, and the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The bed was surprisingly cozy, and having a TV in the room made it much easier to relax before the study began. I came in feeling anxious, but Bodhi’s calm and supportive approach made a big difference in the experiencing. I really appreciate the care she provided and how smoothly everything went.

The service is friendly but they require that you pick up a home sleep test in person and all appointments at least 3 months out, by which time referrals and prior authorizations need to be renewed. There are other sleep centers that will mail you a test and I will be trying one of those instead.

This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in the medical industry in my entire life. My husband and I have been calling this place for over a month. They called us back one time on a Friday afternoon, and the only reason they finally called us is because we had to contact our primary care physician and let them know that we were being ignored by the specialist they referred us to. So we continued to call back over and over after the one callback that we got and still no response. I would highly recommend choosing a different place if you can. They are horrible and unresponsive.
