My wife,Kasey, did a sleep study and had an appointment a week later to go over the results. Her appointment was at 10 am. She left at 11:00 am without seeing anyone who could go over the results with her. They overbook and do not respect the patient’s time. They do not value their patients.
Receptionist is not all that bright. Her customer service skills are inadequate as she likes to be condescending towards people checking in. As the face of the business, training is highly recommended. After receiving multiple reminders of the pending scheduled appointment, phone, text and email, to the pateint, the receptionist passes the responsibility of getting insurance authorization to the patient instead escalating to the office manager. She proceeds to blame the patient for this oversight. Extremely poor customer service and communication skills.

Dr. Bhamrah is kind, compassionate and very knowledgeable. I have been under his care for 2 years and I always feel like he truly listens to me. I would highly recommend this office to anyone experiencing pulmonary or sleep issues.
I appreciate that Dr. B took the time to answer all my questions and explain how treatment would help me. He is very kind and understanding. He is helping me find a less expensive alternative for my inhaler, which is now $240 a month. The new choice is $52/mo.
