Sleep study for CPAP titration was great thanks to Terry, the technician who guided me through the procedure. The room was clean and comfortable. I managed to sleep enough for meaningful results, and for me that's an accomplishment with my chatterbrain and anxieties.

I was skeptical about it at first due to all the previous reviews, but I gave the sleep center a try. And it wasn't bad at all! Everyone's experience is different of course but to me it wasn't as bad as the other reviews described.

They don’t care about you. All they care is your money. 2 month to get results. Then they tell you that someone will call you back to set up appointment for further study cause your results are not good. No call back, no chance to get hold of them either. Also, rude customer service. One of the worst experiences.

Steer clear! The doctor seemed good, but the office is so poorly managed that I had TWO appointments canceled without notice. In one case, they called the day of and asked me to come in an hour earlier. After I rearranged my day to get there on time, they canceled just before texting me that they didn't have the equipment they needed for my appointment. So, why make me come in early! In the other case, I came in and they told me they had canceled my appointment two weeks prior but forgot to let me know. However, I had received a reminder just the day before. How can this happen?! The staff show absolutely no respect for the patients. Go elsewhere.

The mattress was a full-size. It was too small and uncomfortable to get any sleep. I would not recommend the sleep center to anyone taller than 5'10"
