The doctor was nice, the tech was nice. I got 2 studies done and was told that I would be referred to another company for a bypap.that is where the issues started. When I was referred there for some reason all paperwork was not submitted with the order. I have reached out several times and continously am told they were sent. The other company has not received them still. The other company has requested the needed documents 9 times! The 7th time Best Sleep Center sent 2 of the 3 needed documents. Since then the company has reached out 2 more times(the total of 9) and gotten no response. I have requested to pick them up in person but was told they would email it to me. Shockingly I didn't receive it. I requested again to pick it up and was told it would be emailed. I was adamant this time about physically picking it up but because the person who does that does not have a set schedule I can not be told when exactly I can pick it up. My GP has reached out as well for records and gotten no response. I tried to speak to a supervisor or manager and there isn't one. The only person above the receptionist is the doctor whom they couldn't put me in touch with. It has gone on so long that my insurance has canceled the original order. It can be reinstated if the form is ever received. Insurance won't cover new studies through new doctors or else I would have just gone somewhere new. So after a month and a half, at least 15 requests (between myself, the company and other doctor) I still have to wait, argue and be stressed which I'm sure is doi g my bad heart all types of good waiting for someone to feel like sending or printing out for me one more damn document. DO NOT GO HERE
The Best Health Sleep Center has provided excellent services that improved my sleep and health. They have been responsive, convenient and proactive in managing my case. I highly rate them for their professionalism and care.
I want to commend the staff at Best Health Sleep Center. Every time I have needed to schedule a study, get records, receive instructions, etc. they have been responsive, prompt, thorough, and professional. It has made a difference in the often stressful process of trying to get treatment for severe sleep apnea. I want to especially thank Bill for his quick response to my request for my sleep study results.
Best health sleep center. They could not be a better name to fit this medical team. They are truly the best in all categories service. Caring follow up and always put ithe client first or I should say the patient they are gold standard. How medical services should take care of the patients. I am lucky to be one of their patients.
