Horrible communication, wait times for refills are really poor, hold times 10+ mins with system coming on the line saying office is busy, please call back and then disconnects. Doctors are great. The system itself is VERY LACKING.
I called Portland Clinic to schedule a flu shot. I was told that they don't have any flu shots available. Call back maybe September or October they might have some. Yet, their website states "Schedule your flu shot now for existing patients" which I am. The new system is in bad condition, I've never waited so long or been fed bad information until this new changeover. Update: I just called Walgreens I can setup an appointment today for a flu shot. Seems like they have a supply. Portland Clinic is weak, they don't seem able to provide flu shot services.
Used to love The Portland Clinic but it's services have degraded over the last few years. - You can't talk to a person. - You can't get a message to your doctor responded to. - You're treated like a commodity - It takes forever to see a specialist - You can't get labs done at many of the locations so you must wait a month after your actual physical to get basic blood tests done
