The hospital was filthy. They put you in room separated by sheets to where you have unruly people with bad children, hollering, and being loud and inappropriate people just behind the next curtain and the nurses did nothing neither did the doctors we are there to feel comfortable safe and receive proper care and that’s not what happened for me. They did the immediate testing that they have to do when you come in with these types of symptoms but other than that, even though I was in severe pain, they didn’t even send me home with Tylenol I was shocked. I look seven months pregnant. My stomach is so protruded and swollen and hard. My situation worsened overnight and I was forced to go to Williamson County Hospital the next morning where they did the blood work that this hospital would not and they did ultrasound which this hospital did not and they sent me home with medication to keep me comfortable since I’m in severe pain in my stomach is swollen like I’m seven months pregnant. They also wanted me to follow up with my primary care doctor and they said that if my symptoms worsen to come back and see them if I couldn’t get into my Doctor so I had a wonderful experience in Franklin, but I will never come back to my local hospital again ever it is filthy
The ladies at the front desk were so kind. I fell and broke a rib.Anne Marie took very special care of me always asking what she could do for me. Dr Kelly put my IV in, and he could use a little more practice. Nurse Kelly was very kind to me. The CT guy was good. Letting me move myself at my own pace. Over all it was an excellent experience even though I was in pain.
I got burned while burning leaves and went to the Marshall Medical emergency room for treatment. Dr. Wallas treated me for burns on my face, arms and legs. My nurse's name was Sara Beth. She dressed my burns and kept an eye on me. Because of their excellent care, I was feeling better and at home in four hours. Thanks, Mike Bass
Wow after reading the reviews anyone can tell this place needs a make over only way to fix it is to fire all those in charge and establish a core program for staff to follow. Hire compassionate staff get rid of the ones who hate their job.they are not hard to find looks for the ones who have all the complaints on them. I will never go to this hospital very sad that more people don't read reviews.
The front desk was extremely rude and wanted my car insurance for some reason. and told me to sit back down because I was taking too long finding it and they didn't have my health insurance on file. And I was there for a broken collarbone after a crash. Everyone else was extremely nice. Other than the wait time of two and a half hours. Might as well drive out of town to get help because at least two people were flown out.
