Enjoyed going to Hamilton mill creek. The staff so so sweet treated you like family. With a smile ! Everyone ! I always show up early. And not saying other locations tell me your to early we will see you at your time ( which never happens always late ) Hamilton creek saw me 35 mins early ! Wow. I will always book my appointments there ! Note ! Dr. Malik is a. GREAT DR! Takes his time and not rushing you out to get to the next patient! I asked for a flu shot but for sr’s they came back and said they didn’t have that. And asked Dr Malik so honest and asks me to go to my place I’m getting my script filled to get the sr flu shot ! I am a new patient. My wife is a patient also and told me about the practice. Upon arrival I was greeted by Isabel with a cheerful smile and asked, how can I help you. Annie came and took me , took my weight and vitals, then took me to a room. Very pleasant to deal with. I then saw Vanessa. Again I was greeted with a smile and wonderful attitude. We had some difficulties retrieving the information from my CPAP. During this time everyone was very friendly and helpful. I felt like I was the only person that was there in the way the whole staff treated me. I feel that this was the best experience I have had in a doctors office in a long time if not ever. I will definitely refer anyone that I know that needs your services. Thank the staff for a wonderful experience.

My mother had an appointment with this office on 11.24.25. She told me that she was very appreciative of how thorough, polite and informative Vanessa was. Kudos to Vanessa. Thank you very much was being nice to my mother. She has spoke highly of the customer service there and does not mind going back. This is great because if she feels the customer service is poor then she will change physicians or clinics and not return.
The entire staff was great. This was the ideal experience that you’d expect from any doctors office from checking in with Isabella, to vital signs and testing with Olivia, and consulting with Ms.Vanessa. I will definitely recommend this office to friends and family.
