My mother had her initial visit for a specialist follow up. A large practice with multiple doctors and locations, the staff is excellent and you receive personal interactions and don’t feel like a number. Dr. Malik was equally attentive, effective and knowledgeable. We look forward to obtaining good care here.

Status Update on my Care 12/2/2025 4****STARS After, several appointments and calls we have gotten back on track with the quality of care that not only is expected but the care that the Dr’s. Provide in house and with us while in the room . I’ve continued to work with the office and the staff which are a great group of professionals … However, I realize that issues happen and mistakes take place … I will say I appreciated the ownership and accountability that the staff member acknowledged based on my specific situation. So, I’ve updated my review from a 1 star to a 4 star and I know that based on the longterm relationship that I’ve had with Dr. Rachel Nesbit and the staff, it will continue to thrive upwards in the 2026 New Year ! #5starbound #peoplewhodocare I have been a patient of Dr Nesbitt for over 10 years and I’ve always had amazing communication with her and the staff regarding my CPAP concerns . However, this latest interaction has been very concerning . The lack of communication and delay in movement of results and coordination of my care after the retrieval of my results ( which was the initial delay !) is Alarming …..This latest experience has been very note worthy for me to take the time and write this review ….I have been waiting for a call from the office “ coordinator since 9/10/25 and I just made a supplemental call to them this morning HORRIBLE ! This is not an insurance delay this is a delay in the care of documented pulmonary patient and that is unacceptable … More updates to Follow….

Staff was friendly. If the nurse came in my room that night I never heard her. She woke me up at 5:30 which was different because I'm usually up at 4:00 am and thats going to bed at 11:00 pm 😔. I Slept well on the comfortable bed and in the nice clean "bedroom " and bathroom. My Pulmonary doctor is at the location and is great.

This was not my husbands first sleep study although it was his first at this location. My husband has mobility issues and was brought in using a wheelchair. He can stand on his own but needs an assistive device. When making the appt and given this info I was not requested to stay over. (For the record, at his other sleep overs I was also not requested to stay over) This technician was extremely hands off. When positioning his wheelchair while putting on his leads for the study, she would only direct me on where to place the wheelchair. When I told her my husband needed to be on his side and might need assistance getting into this position, she stated she would be unable to help and could only place a wedge. While only having 2 patients to attend to in the entire facility, my husband said she was not very attentive He needed to go to this location due to his Inspire device. We would not return to this location.
