Tough to rate this location because there are a couple of great & helpful staff members, but it is impossible to get anyone on the phone! The hold message says someone will be with you in 3 minutes, but we've waited 45 and had to give up. Leaving a message does not result in a call back either. So very frustrating! Be forewarned that half the staff goes to lunch between 11 and 12, and the rest from noon to 1.
I was very pleased meeting Dr. Nisbit Knowing she spoke fluent English language. She listened with an attitude that she really cared. I hope she will be the last pulmonologist that I ever need. I was not only impressed with her but also the staff working in the office with her.
My Brother sees , Ms Mia and she is beyond wonderful! She is easy to talk to, and explains things so well! Answers our questions very well. She is the best! And the nursing staff is so kind and very helpful! And the front office checks you in with a smile, and makes sure you get an appointment time that is good for you when you leave!
I was very impressed with Dr. Sukhal. He was very kind and took time to listen and to thoroughly explain things. His nursing staff were also excellent. I don’t know her name, but the woman who administered my lengthy breathing test was very friendly and made sure of my comfort throughout the test. I am very happy I was directed to this office as well as very pleased that it is right near where I live! Highly recommend!
