I was there for 3 and half days(12/03-12/07) and my nurse Ms.Toya was the best!!!.. She sat and talked with me about any concerns I had or how I was feeling mentally..she even went out her way to make sure I always got the salad I wanted because I don't like hospital food..She is one of my favorite nurses so far at this hospital..Thank you Ms.Toya..

This place killed my mother 7 years ago. I waked in to visit her and walked out planning her funeral with them telling me that nothing was wrong with her it was all in her head and she was going to be discharged. She went in with cellulitis and never came out. Labeled her death as an overdose. But yet she was talking to me, telling me she didn’t feel well and that she was thirsty and hurting. Tell me what person overdosing talks and ask for something to drink. They stopped treating her cellulitis and she died because of it and all due to neglect because in their eyes she was just an addict! I would never allow any of my family member to ever go to this hospital! And I will forever tell my mom’s story.

My grandmother was admitted today Room12, she came home telling me she was insulted by the nurses, they had talked bad to her and talked about her attire. Turned out she had Colitis, she was hardly able to eat or drink, they sent her home within hours, still in the same condition she arrived, I am SEVERLY disappointed in the service yall provided. These are human beings at their worst, theres no reason to kick them while they are down. Staff should know to treat them like they are a guest, I have half a mind to find out what nurse and pay them a peice of my mind!

I brought my 5 year old son there for high fever and flu like symptoms. They never put us in a room. We stayed in the lobby. His heart rate was up when we went in there they didn't do nothing to get it down and they didn't check it before we left. Now my son is crying with his stomach hurting and coughing non stop and throwing up. Im taking him to get a second opinion. Worse hospital ever. Do not bring your kids there.

Came here in January and February 2024. Worst experience of my entire life was coming for a psychiatry emergency. I was having a severe panic attack and couldn't sleep for days. The nurse told me I was selfish when I was in the worst state of mind, hearing things I've never heard before. She yelled at me and told me I was selfish. I sat there until the doctor dismissed me home. When I went to my regular psych , they told me I was going through a psychosis. I didn't get the treatment, care, or compassion that was a right. Then, October 2024, I got sick headaches that never seemed to go away, they refused any blood work, but treated me with antibiotics instead. My friend also go extremely ill, he was almost seizing. He got transported to this hospital, they gave him a medication he was allergic to and then treated him for the allergen. The nurses and staff can be very careless. They are simply here for money and don't know how to handle their own anxious issues. They do not care about thecommunity, only a simple buck. Your life is NOT in good hands when you come here. Beware.
