Worst front office staff. Mixed up another patients report with my relatives which held up medicare approval. You leave messages that do not get returned. Simply awful.
My father had a sleep study done and it came back that he has severe sleep apnea. The doctor he saw wanted to get a treatment plan set up ASAP but unfortunately, the soonest they could see him for a treatment plan was in 4 months. His severe sleep apnea is affecting his health so much that he gets sick all the time. He has left multiple messages, sent emails and cannot seem to get a response. I have sent an email over and have received nothing back. He had a great experience with the doctor but as far as the people who answer phones/emails and book appointments…they clearly aren’t doing their job and don’t care. I understand it can get busy…but no response after multiple attempts from a patient is simply a delay in patient care. He has switched providers and has been provided the care he has needed that this office chose to ignore.
