Great place! Staff is amazing, they answered every question in detail and made the whole process very easy. The lab is very nice and up to date, beds were comfy and rooms clean. They are a 10/10.

This review is a little late getting posted, but I wanted to go ahead and give my review. I had my sleep study done here back in May. The entire process was simple and easy. Tracy (I believe is her name) at the front desk during the day was absolutely amazing in the amount of great customer service I received prior to, during scheduling and post sleep study. She really is pleasant to deal with. For the actual sleep study itself, the entire process went easily. The nurses do their best to make you feel at ease in what can be such an awkward situation. I mean, sleeping with all the sensors attached while they’re watching you can be a bit intimidating, but truly the process wasn’t bad at all. Explanations were clearly given and you just need to let them know what time you may normally go to bed. If it’s a later time they will try to accommodate that if possible. They even let me be the last one to leave out the next morning, stating they didn’t have the heart to wake me up so early after they were seeing I was finally sleeping after placing a CPAP on me during the night. My sleep study from start to finish was a great experience!
I had a great experience! Of course having a sleep study sucks and sucks more when you have to stay for naps the next day. But everyone was so attentive and kind. Even when I was grumpy and didn’t want to wake up. Everything was extremely clean. They made sure I had food. They kept me company, all the staff were amazing! 10/10 for staff.
