Not a good place when i went there for giving birth and my grandmother couldnt be there to support. I went there when I was pregnant I was treated like they didn't know I wasn't pregnant and then when my son was born the nurse I had was mad and she pushed my son while he was in the crib thing and he bumped the bed . I am still mad at maury myself ! My grandmother couldn't even stay because I had covid and I've been over covid long enough and they told her to leave when I felt bad be abuse I had to choose my fiancee and my grandmother not being able to be there with me when she was already there for almost an hour!! I've very disappointed because I had covid 5 to 6 days free and I signed the thing saying 3 visitors and my grandmother was there and the made her leave making me have to choose between my sons dad and my grandmother !! Very not happy.

I have been treated at Hospitals from Georgia to Los Angeles…MRMC is THE BEST hospital I have ever been treated at, hands down. Amazing staff. From the fact that it is an exceptionally clean environment at every location to the time it takes from arrival to discharge is amazing! I highly recommend MRMC to ANYONE looking for a place to have your medical needs met with priority. Thank you, MRMC!

I am beyond satisfied. I was treated with much care before, during, and after my procedure. The staff members were both professional and compassionate. The other patients were friendly and helpful. I am beyond satisfied with my experience there. While I am from a different part of the state of Tennessee I am happy to recommend this facility and my experience with any and everyone meet. I am a people person and you guys at Maury Regional are my kind of people. I wish you all the best.

EDIT TO RESPOND: To amend the wrong doing of your staff you want me to call your "patient care advocate"? Where was said "advocate" when things like this are happening? Better yet, why ARE THINGS LIKE THIS HAPPENING? Rather than taking 2 seconds to generate a generic response to save face, actually conduct a better standard of care to ALL patients. Why not revise the way you all conduct your hospital? Why not check doctors, nurses, & techs ways of doing their job? I understand that people choose a profession for a paycheck but where is the compassion and humanity? Where is the sensitivity and understanding? Looks to me as if the biggest issue lies internally. As previously stated, people should not just be deemed as customers. This industry is no longer about health. It's about how many pennies can squeezed from the pockets of the sick and needy. Greed and hate is all that lives within those walls. DO BETTER! BE BETTER! PEOPLE DESERVE ACTUAL CARE! This hospital has the most incompetent and uncaring staff possible. Not only were they quick to rip away life sustaining medication from an elderly patient, they felt it was in the hospitals best interest to discharge said patient because "they didn't know what was wrong". In all my years of medical dealing, its of my understanding that they all took an oath to 'do not harm'. Rather than treating people as a customer, maybe yall should try treating people as HUMAN BEINGS! The healthcare system is beyond messed up and disgusting. A revision of standard of care should be a priority around here.

My experience with the outpatient CT department was absolutely excellent. They were very courteous, dedicated to their patients and their families. I was treated with kindness and respect throughout the entire time I was in their care. They made sure that I was comfortable and they also made sure that my oxygen was on and that I was receiving my prescribed oxygen saturation during my testing. They also made sure I was knowledgeable about the procedure and step by step instructions on what I was going to experience. They were all very nice and friendly to me from beginning to end of my testing
