I was so pleased with how quickly I got in and out of the emergency room. Got my vitals done shortly after arriving. Saw the NP who then sent various people in to give me shots, pain meds, X-rays, clean my wounds, etc. then the Dr. came in and checked everything. I was referred to wound care in 2 days, given prescriptions and out of there way sooner than I was expecting. I felt like they worked so well as a team to get me what I needed then let me get out of there.
My experience with Provider Melinda Scott was amazing!!! She took every precaution to check my health and make sure I was good. This was the best treatment I have ever received from SGMC. I actually felt safe; listened to and taken care of
Went in for a small procedure. Checked in via cellphone before arriving so that I didn’t have to wait so long. Once I arrived at the front desk, I was greeted promptly, checked in, and sat down for only 45 seconds before receiving my armband and being escorted down the hall, where a nurse was waiting for me. From my arrival, time to the point of receiving my IV, was only 20 minutes. Every single staff member that I came in contact with was very friendly and treated me kindly. This facility and staff deserves a 5⭐️!!
Staff was great, very timely, and thoughtful. I wish the ER doctor had actually introduced herself to me, she didn’t. She also didn’t go into details about my labs, and told me everything was completely normal, when MyChart revealed all my lab work had abnormalities. She also didn’t mention my thyroid issue- and if I’d not had access to MyChart or medical knowledge, I wouldn’t have known I’d need to see an endocrinologist. Also nurse who removed my IV left so quickly, no one noticed it kept bleeding and my entire shirt and jeans were drenched before I noticed. No one in the hall to help, so I cleaned it up myself as well as I could.
This weekend, I visit the SGMC SNH Sleep Center, and I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and warmth of the entire team. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Kendall, who welcomed me with a smile and efficiently guided me through the registration process. Shortly after, I was introduced to Katelyn Allen, who escorted me to my room and clearly explained the details of the sleep study ordered by my provider. Katelyn demonstrated exceptional professionalism and took the time to walk me through each step of the procedure, ensuring I understood everything she was doing. Her thoughtful approach made a potentially stressful experience feel comfortable and manageable. Despite being in an unfamiliar environment, the process was seamless, and the staff went out of their way to make sure I felt safe and well cared for. I would also like to extend my gratitude to the team member who contacted me to schedule the appointment and followed up the day before with final details. Her kindness and professionalism were greatly appreciated. Thank you to everyone at the SGMC SNH Sleep Center for your outstanding care and support. I highly recommend your services.
