Erlanger Primary Care - Cleveland

The staff are absolutely amazing here, especially Dr Dylan O’Neal! They don’t waste your time, and there are very careful to address your every need. I cannot suggest him enough!

I went here hoping to find a good in network doctor. I reported having chest pain, tiredness, fatigue, etc. every time I went in. Always told that it was just because I am a young woman and still considered postpartum (over time it never went away but got worse). I looked back in mychart and realized that it wasnt even documented though I distinctly brought it up. I finally went to a dermatologist to see about a facial rash and hair loss and they did bloodwork. The doctors there at chattanooga skin and cancer were very thorough and called me and let me know that I had many symptoms pointing to Lupus. I took the paperwork back and got in with a rheumatologist. Sure enough, I in fact had lupus. I went months feeling terrible when a little due diligence and ordering some bloodwork could have prevented me from falling deep into a flare up. Im sure others had good experiences, but definitely not for me.

I couldn't recommend Erlanger Primary or really Erlanger in general enough. Dr. Barnes is attentive, listens to feedback and is very knowledgeable. I didn't think I could find another doctor to replace my old one at my previous employer, but he does it.

Jamey was awesome she took my blood with ease and no pain. She also admitted my ekg. She was very professional and kind. The doctor was great but Jamey really stood out at how well she does her job. Will definitely be returning if I have a need for a walk in clinic
