Worst place to visit!!! Long wait times to see providers, then to get your results and then to get your equipment. They don’t take my insurance for the equipment so I’ve been sent to a completely different company for it. I should have been told that up front but wasn’t… Poor communication and just an all out bad experience! I’ve been to the place once, had a virtual visit the second time because an in person visit was over a month out. They didn’t even schedule me with the same Nurse Practitioner. I’ll never be back to this office. Oh yeah, they are some what rude so do what you want with that info…
Blake and the staff at this location are so pleasant, ask all of the questions and offer solutions. Together with Amber and Tara, they and will likely teach you things you never had been taught about your machine before! Hubby and I are very pleased with this team! Thanks!!
I’ve only gone in for a consult so far and I was blown away by how incredible the experience was!! Amber Fox FNP was so genuine, caring, attentive, curious and investigative, and well-spoken. She explained everything very well and she clearly loves her job- that’s tough to do nowadays!! She shows she cares for you as a person, and listens to what you have to say (even when I can yap and yap!) and takes it seriously. No doctor has taken me very seriously until recently (Dr. Cooke of MMC referred me here!) and it genuinely made me cry how much better I feel already having been listened to and cared for. Even if my results yield nothing of note, I will be happy to know my symptoms were taken seriously and thoroughly investigated!
Having put this off for so long I was completely satisfied with the initial first step. My wife did this I few months ago so I was able to understand what they do. So professional yet so understanding. They listened patiently with me talking so much. I would recommend the Sleep Center. I am going to get some of their business cards for my office.
My husband and I both had appointments at the Sleep Center yesterday, and it was a wonderful experience. From to check-in to checkout, all employees were professional and courteous. This time we saw Blake, and he was very thorough, helpful, and had a most pleasant and friendly smile! We appreciate the care that we get at our yearly visits to the Sleep Center!
