Sleep Center at Williamson Medical Center

I visited the Sleep Medicine clinic pursuant to a VA Community Care consult. I saw Dr. Milstone. (He was attentive and listened. No issues with Dr. Milstone himself.) A home sleep study was ordered. However, I received an erroneous $1,144 bill from the hospital because Dr. Milstone's staff (or shared staff of the Sleep Medicine clinic) failed to put my VA authorization number on the referral for the sleep study. The front desk at the Sleep Medicine clinic was rude, and was annoyed I was even calling. I was passed around from different billing departments. I wasted 2 hours of my day making calls and trying to get this erroneous $1,144 bill sorted out because Dr. Milstone's staff (or shared staff of the clinic) failed to put the VA authorization number in with home sleep study order. I would highly recommend against going to this clinic due to the likelihood of dealing with incompetency issues like this, and the rudeness of Dr. Milstone's staff (or shared staff of the clinic). This should have been something they handled, not me. Very poor customer service.

Tara provided me the most informative and helpful healthcare visit I’ve had in ages! She gave me so many tips for managing the disease I’ve had over sixty years. I was given plenty of time to ask questions and never felt rushed. It’s only been a couple of days since I incorporated her suggestions and I’m already feeling better. Tara truly seemed invested in helping me with all my healthcare concerns, and I am very appreciative. I’d give her more than five stars if I could!!

I can not say enough great things about my visit with Amanda Hardy. She listens and never rushes her patients. She is thorough, very knowledgeable and compassionate . I highly recommend Amanda if you are looking for a health care provider that treats her patients like she would treat a member of her own family.

IT is my heartfelt feelings that if it weren't for Dr Laura Hunt, I would not be alive today. Both she and her staff ALWAYS go above and beyond to do their utmost for each and every patient. Anything from providing help navigating the highly confusing world of paperwork to get patients free medicine from companies once one has reached their financial limits, to giving me the free samples of the prescription I couldn't afford living on a disability. Through my personal experience with Dr Hunt and her staff, I would not hesitate to Highly recommend her and her staff. From my own personal experience and as a veteran I can honestly say I do not believe that one could receive better care at John's Hopkins or the Mayo clinic. Respectfully, Charles Woodrow Jackson. I have never met a doctor with the incredible bed side manner of Dr Dunn. She made me feel so comfortable, heard and welcome. I had my first ever appointment with her yesterday, I moved to the area a year ago and needed a local primary physician. I did have to wait quite awhile for my appointment, but she was certainly worth the wait! I feel I am in great care with her.
