worst hospital experience ever. when i arrived the er wasn’t busy at all maybe 10 people in there at the most. i got there for 9:30 and had to discharge myself out at 6:15. left me in the room with dirty supplies, never checked on me, just had me in there for hours on hours. i go fed up with the unprofessional nurses gossiping about everything and everyone and not doing their jobs.
So west jeff hospital will be sued soon. I had to bring my fiance in to be tested for flu to be admitted into a mental health hospital and west jeff staff were morbidly disrespectful and rude not only to my fiance but me as well. Not to mention our nurse told us her previous patients information about what was going on with her and complaining to us about a different patient unrelated to us, they refuse to tell me where they sent her so I can bring them her clothing and so I contacted the supervisor to try and explain all this and figure out where I'm bringing her clothing to and he just kept cutting me off and was VERY rude and disrespectful refused to state his name or position and hung up on me after interruption me refused to allow me to speak and then hung up. I WILL BE SUEING THE HOSPITAL DIRECTLY.
Poor physician communication during a critical ICU stay. Our family experienced delayed information, inconsistent explanations, and dismissive behavior from neurology. This added significant emotional distress during an already traumatic time. Hospitals must do better when families are facing life-altering situations.
The seventh-floor nursing and CNA staff at West Jefferson provided exceptional care. My mother, a patient recovering from a fractured hip, received outstanding support from Jasmine, Sara, and other dedicated team members. Their commitment to ensuring my mother's comfort throughout her stay was truly remarkable. We extend our sincere gratitude for their outstanding service.
I took my husband to LCMC Urgent Care for acute stomach pain, vomiting and diarrhea. The NP examined him and said he needed a CT Scan. We were directed to the WJMC ED. We arrived at the ED at 3:50 pm. It is now 11:30 pm and he has not been brought to the back nor seen a doctor. ER Advisor is a joke. For the past 8 hours he has been violently vomiting, diarrhea and his stomach pain has been elevated to 11. This has been taking place in the waiting room. The ER staff cannot give any meds, unless he is seen by a doctor. He doesn't want to leave and go to another hospital because his pain is so bad he cannot take the car ride. This whole experience has been a nightmare.
