Trash. Waited over 1h 45 m just to have blood drawn. There were only 6 people waiting to give blood. WTH!?
Why even have a mental health side if the doors are always pretty much locked and there is only ever a nurse and clerk? This clinic has dropped the ball multiple times. Get rid of that section if you aren't going to properly use it in the building.
It's the VA. These primary care doctors are probably the best VA doctors I've had. I know, the bar is so low that it could just be that but I feel they're good. They listened to my concerns and actually made prompt referrals to other VA's (that always have appointments 29 days out. Weird how that happens.). It's a small clinic, has mental health, a lab and limited other functions.
Before going to the VA for medical care I was using an amazing health care system. Since receiving health services I am amazed at how outstanding the VA providers, clinics, services and all the staff are. This is by far the best care of my lifetime. Dr. Martin my PCP is a wonderful practitioner she keeps on top of my general care and makes sure no details are missed. The specialists I have seen work diligently to resolve and improve my medical issues. Dr. Bagley has prescribed PT and prosthetics to improve my daily life. I am seeing improvement in my overall well-being almost daily. Please accept my heartfelt thanks to all the therapists, clinicians and doctors who have done so much for me.
I love going here for my appointments and meeting other Veterans. Ive been going here for years since it first opened. The entire medical staff, the non medical employees and most of the Veterans I've met are very nice and helpful. I love all of my Dr's, nurses and other Veteran Affairs employees. They thank me for my military service at every appointment and or phonecall they've made to me. I simply respond back by thanking them back for serving us Vets. I'm a two time cancer survivor that's 7yrs in remission so I know how much they really care about my health. I really do appreciate them all. I would definitely recommend this clinic to any civilian and or Vet seeking Federal Government employment through the Department of Veteran Affairs. Also all of my brothers and sisters that served whom are simply looking for a great group of people giving us the medical care we deserve.
