The man who works the front desk and the nurses here are the biggest redeeming qualities about this clinic. My doctors always seemed uninterested, though. I had 2 of them. The male receptionist, the older black king, was put there by God himself. He truly cares, and I made it a point to always tell him he was the hardest working man in that building. He would always go out of his way to help me even when he was eating lunch. Without him and the nurses it's easily a 1 star. I moved to Austing Texas, and the clinic here is seriously on another level. The VA should seriously consider paying this man more and moving him to a better clinic. He deserves the best. If you read this, thank you for all you did for me.

My veteran SO recently moved back to Louisiana in a small town about an hour away. We decided to register him here bc we heard it was a better center. Took the drive, he filled out paperwork, we weren’t there for no more than 10 minutes (they were not busy; only had one other person in the lobby) said he’d receive a call and we left. A month later he finally receives a call from them. Too late! We decided to move out of state bc he wasn’t receiving the help he needs. Today, he registered at a new VA and they automatically got him registered with a doctor and set up his first appt. So much more helpful!
The team is always professional ready to help. I always recommend to any Vet. I encourage them to trust the VA.
Good service, great people. Problem is, they called at 1AM to check up on a patient at the behest of an ACUPUNCTURIST, injuring the health of a household member with the stress in the process. She had to be sedated. Sorry, no amount of service makes up for that. Be better to receive better reviews.
