The Coolsprings office is phenomenal! Those ladies are very inviting, down to earth, and knowledgeable! I'm a super big stickler for customer service. I feel as though it's so hard to find good customer service anymore. I hate to go just about anywhere now days because of that. These ladies have PHENOMENAL customer service, great start to my week!!
The staff here is AMAZING!! I was very apprehensive about even going because I have tried the machines before! The sleep tech Michael (I think was his name) was AMAZING he talked to while he was booking me up to all the electrodes he made sure I was comfortable as I could be. Then in the middle of the night he decided to go on and put me on a C pap machine. We tried one mask and I just couldn’t do it so he brought me another one and help me get it adjusted made some suggestions to help me relax more and help me get situated again! He was very patient with me as I got adjusted. I had a decent night! In the morning when it was time to leave he was just as amazing with making sure I knew that after I got the machine if I needed anything to make sure I called and told the company and if they couldn’t make it right to call them . Jessica was just as AMAZING when I went in for my results! She spoke with me explaining everything about my test. Making sure I understood everything. I am now waiting on my machine. I am actually looking forward to starting this new lease on life. I highly recommend them for all of your sleep study needs.
Super Friendly and very knowledgable! They changed settings on my machine and explain why. Gave me detailed information on my condition. I have not felt rushed at any time. Everybody always makes me feel important! Previous doctor at another practice, asked me a few questions, charged me for the visit and sent me out the door. There was no asking any questions. Made me feel like a number.
Staff and doctor were amazing. The doctor was very informative about sleep apnea and how it affects your overall health which I didn't know. I felt she was very knowledgeable with an excellent bedside manner. Her staff is also very kind and professional. This is an office I would recommend for sleep disorders without hesitation.
