Sleep Center, Smyrna Pulmonary & Sleep Associates

Had an appointment at 4 PM was checked in around 4:05 nurse checked me out right away. Then sat in the room for 45 min and was never seen by the doctor. I then had to ask where the doctor was at this time was advised she was running behind. I asked how this could happen as they take appointments for this reason was told there was an emergency in the morning and put them behind, all I could think to my self is if it was an emergency why didn't that person go to the emergency room. So now it 5 PM and the business is closing for the day I told them to cancel my appointment and make sure not to send me a bill or bill my insurance. So now I am here to let everyone know not to use this place or business. And by the way this could have been avoided just by letting me know when I got checked in the doctor was running behind for the day but as we know common sense isn't so common theses day. SO ONCE AGAIN STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Guy that did the sleep study was easily 10/10 awesome explained everything answered any questions no matter how dumb. But the office and actual Dr's seem like a joke been 3 weeks since I got the test never got contacted with results tried to call and get results and guess what voice mail. God forbid you inconvenience them to do their job they should've done 2 weeks ago..

The last time I went for my asthma they set me up a return appointment, my prescription expired 2 weeks before my visit, they would not call in my meds without seeing me even though I already had an appointment. I called my primary care whom I had just seen and got my meds called in. I then cancelled my appointment and I will find a new pulmonary doctor, or let my primary care treat my asthma.

Can I rate zero? Because I’d like to rate ZERO!! HORRIBLE office staff!!!! My husband and I work long, long hours. We tried to reschedule appointments with them, and they sent us letters that we were no shows!!! Went to another sleep doctor in town, and THIS clinic was supposed to call us to supply us with at home sleep study things. Guess what? NO PHONE CALL FROM THEM!!!!! Sad that they’ve been getting terrible reviews about their office staff for years now, and haven’t fixed it….

I had a wonderful sleep study experience here. Michelle was my overnight tech - she was so sweet and put me at ease. Prior to coming in, I was worried if I would have trouble sleeping....but I slept pretty dang good overall. It was almost like having a night away to relax (I’m a mom of a 1 year old). For me, the environment is comfortable and the setting works great. I felt safe and secure. I never did see Dr. Patel personally, as I was referred over here by Dr. Yu for insurance reasons....but for the sleep center itself and Michelle, I have all great things to say. It was easy and quick to get my appointment, and a super smooth process overall. I came in on Sunday night and got my results from Dr. Yu Tuesday morning. My results put me at ease, as I’ve been going through a lot health-wise this past year, and was always a bit concerned about my sleep. I’m really glad I came here. It was a Sigh of relief I’ve been needing. Highly recommend them and their sweet staff!
