Had an appointment at 4 PM was checked in around 4:05 nurse checked me out right away. Then sat in the room for 45 min and was never seen by the doctor. I then had to ask where the doctor was at this time was advised she was running behind. I asked how this could happen as they take appointments for this reason was told there was an emergency in the morning and put them behind, all I could think to my self is if it was an emergency why didn't that person go to the emergency room. So now it 5 PM and the business is closing for the day I told them to cancel my appointment and make sure not to send me a bill or bill my insurance. So now I am here to let everyone know not to use this place or business. And by the way this could have been avoided just by letting me know when I got checked in the doctor was running behind for the day but as we know common sense isn't so common theses day. SO ONCE AGAIN STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
I had an appointment here and the doctor and I discussed medicines to help me sleep. I then was allergic to it and called the office and they wanted to make another appointment with me, after I had already spoke to him about all the medicines I have or have not tried and the doctor insisted I have another appointment. This is one of the most money hungriest doctors I've ever been to! Unless you want to go to a lot of appointments, for no reason, and spend your money or your insurances money, do not go here!
Made an appointment for a sleep study test and was seen visit wasn't terrible but told the specialist I would go anywhere but to tullahoma hospital and when I got a call for scheduling the sleep study it was for tullahoma hospital... I called back and asked to see if I can get it done it Smyrna. The lady that I was talking to was very rude and she was acting like my request was an inconvenience and kept trying to get me to change my mind and go to tullahoma. After she finally changed it to Smyrna after I asked several times she then just hung up on me.. ive never seen such rude and terrible customer service once this test is done I won't ever recommend this place to anyone and I'll be finding another specialist.
I have a schedule. Some days, a pretty tight schedule. I got to my appointment at 9:45. My appointment was 9:45. I heard one of the ladies at the back desk tell the doctor that someone was here before me BUT my appointment time was FIRST. The dr said “oh really” and skipped me. I’m pretty upset about it and may be late for work now.
My mom has used a Oxygen concentrator with a C-Pap for over fifteen years and upon moving to Tennessee she sought out a doctor through a recommendation. Dr. Patel with Smyrna Pulmonary and Sleep Associates was it. The entire group is great. In this Tullahoma office. Leah and Bailey have been wonderful and we highly recommend Smyrna Pulmonary and Sleep Associates!
