What does it take to get a response from you all. I will be in town on Wednesday 12/17/2025 and want to pick up my records and orders from you. I will be using another facility that hopefully is more professional and will return my calls and texts. You were eager to get my copay and payment but not so eager to service me.
My gosh, what does it take to get someone to answer the phone? I was eager to pay them money and get a sleep study done, but I called every day for 4 days, multiple times a day, left multiple voice mails. All I ever got was a text message that said they would call me soon to schedule but then no further responses to any other text messages. I guess I'll have to take my business somewhere else since they don't seem to need/want it.
They should not take a copay here. I had an appointment today I paid my 30 dollar copay. I was weighed and asked a few questions then a short talk with a nurse to then be told to come back for the sleep study it would cost 1000 or just 270 at home out of pocket. Either way it was already hard coming up with my copay and I am not exaggerating. There was also no mention of a payment plan. Besides all that everyone was nice and although its not their fault. It would of been nice to not waste most of the day on this appointment and keep my little 30 dollar copay. They had ought to wave it really ridiculous that I had to pay to be told I cant afford a sleep study.
I enjoyed my experience with Focus Sleep Centers. I sent a text message to the number and Taylor reached out to me. She helped so much and made sure everything went smoothly. When I came to my first appointment the sweet young lady at the desk was so friendly. She was smiling and sweet to everyone that came in. Everyone in the office was very helpful and nice. Stay away from this place, I received a cap machine and wasn’t informed about a $300 set up fee even though I paid my deductible and the company that supplied the machine helped their self to my bank account without letting me know. I left voice mail and text messages at Focus to try and figure the charge out but No one would return my call. Do not give them your banking information, not to mention the whole process took a month and a half with a home study… go somewhere else. You will just get the run around
