The wait time was a bit longer than I expected. The front staff was very nice. Dr. O'brien was very nice she really listened to me. Nicole was very helpful as well. The lab technician was great as well, she had me laughing. I was skeptical at 1st by this being my 1st visit. I had read sone of the reviews before coming here. My experience was great. I had a question after I left my visit. Nicole called me back in a timely manner. Never had that a doctor's office. So far so good keep up the great work.
I have been seeing Dr. Henderson for a number of years. He is very patient. I never feel rushed when he sees me. He actually LISTENS to every concern that I have. Dr. Henderson is an Amazing neurologist. I was referred to him by a friend and I’m so very happy that I was!
Do not understand how this place is in practice. Overcharged me for a visit and said they were charging for the time I was not in the office to look at my chart and information how is the regulated? Asked for multiple call backs and never received one. When I get on the phone with them they have the worst attitude. The Dr. I saw was pretty much out the door my whole visit and told me my symptoms were wrong and refused to listen or branch away from her initial diagnosis. Ended up at another Neuro and validated my concerns and thought it was insane she would not consider my symptoms as what I was originally there for. Lucky I don’t take this to malpractice. Please do not take your loved ones here
I've been coming here for a couple of years now, and the building is always clean and well maintained. I see Dr. Henderson and he has been great. He's very honest and easy to talk to, which I really appreciate. The nurses are super helpful too. I've had to call a few times with questions about medication, and I always get a quick call back from his nurse line. The front desk staff are also really friendly and welcoming.
Dr. Dryn is great! I’ve been seeing her since 2022 and she has helped me get back to normal. It took some trial and error but we have figured out what works for my migraines. I genuinely feel like she and her team have been great at advocating for me to my insurance companies. Her MA is so sweet and kind. There has been minimal wait time every time.
