Not impressed with this place at all. I got to see the actual doctor for 2, maybe 3 minutes. He (Agular sp?) didnt seen like he cared for anything I had to say, just rushed me out with appointment for a sleep study. Had to wait a month for that, its now been 2 weeks since the sleep study, Im still sleeping like crap and I haven't heard a word from them. I guess they're good since they got their money, Im sure they'll call when they want some more, cause they sure dont care about their patients well being.

I had a CT scan done on October 1st, and to this day October 20th I still haven’t received any updates or results. The patient portal is never up to date, and despite sending messages through it, I’ve received no response. I also called the office and was told that Dr. Aguillard hasn’t signed off on the results yet, which is unacceptable after this much time. Meanwhile, I keep being prescribed Prednisone, even though my asthma remains uncontrolled and I’m already on a biologic (Tezspire). This level of communication and follow-up is very disappointing. Patients shouldn’t have to chase their doctor for updates on important test results. I plan on requesting my medical records and finding another practice that values timely care and proper communication.

The staff of doctors at Methodist University took care of my father! They were wonderful to him and the family. So very caring!! Made our situation so much better.

I can't say enough good things about the Doctors,. Nurses and Staff . Not many places that take time to listen to you and help make you feel better. You can feel that Everyone actually cares about you and your Family!! I also love the how the advertisements connect with you and show the dedication and thoughtfulness for your well being. 5 stars isn't enough!!

If I could give this place a -10 stars, I would so let me tell you guys my experience. When I first arrived at night, which was at 8:30p everything was fine. The security was at the door waiting and took my name then showed me where to go. During my stay there was a lot of noise sounded like somebody was fighting in the hallway all night and the train was on the track at least twice that night.My sleep Tech Sharon was great though…so anyways, I woke up with a headache that morning and feeling super exhausted. It was too much going on there…then when I left, there was no security and it was very dark outside. I would not recommend this place to anyone..I did not feel like I got an accurate reading, but the u! Dr. Andrews thought I did and didn’t want to repeat it, he came up with lots of reasons to Not repeat it and so I still feel like I didn’t get anything accomplished. Meanwhile, I’ll just have to turn to God to fix my problems. This was the case of #the wrong place to sleep.
