My mother said that she doesn’t like this hospital and I see why. We were sent there for an ultrasound from their sister ER. When we arrived , we went right back to the ER room. Ultrasound began minutes afterwards. Nurse came in about 25 minutes later and said that they’re waiting to get an ultrasound. I told her that they had already performed it. She left and hasn’t seen her since. After 1 1/2 hours, I asked another nurse if they could help us with what’s going on. She helped us the best way she could. It’s been 3 hours and we still haven’t heard from my mom’s nurse.

I was at the hospital on December 4, 2025, to complete my pre-op process. Rebecca at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, and that was such a relief because my morning had already been long while waiting at a previous appointment! The next friendly face was from Hermy (I hope I’ve spelled it correctly). This woman could make anyone’s day a good one with her smile and bubbly personality! Each encounter with her made my morning brighter! Then came the nurse, Lynn, that explained my upcoming procedure, did my lab work, and answered all my questions. I’m sure I was “talking her head off” just being nervous about everything facing me on surgery day. But she was very nice, friendly, and showed compassion and concern. These three women were amazing and I hope I see their smiling faces on the day of my surgery!! PS: Rebecca was even kind enough to call me immediately after she realized I left my Brumate on the counter when I left the building!! I was able to return to the hospital, and she had it waiting for me!

First time I have ever been here! I had back surgery on Monday, and they have been nothing but amazing! My PreOp nurse was amazing, she also got me ready for surgery and was amazing! Everyone had a smile on their face, everyone of them are happy. We got a nice welcome from the registration ladies! The nurses have been amazing! They have been on top of pain medicine, I have not asked one time. They are here Johnny on the spot! They have encouraged me to move around and things. When you call for one of them they are here within seconds! This hospital has made me feel like I’m at home! My nurses was amazing, a huge shout out to Caitlyn, Noran, Demonica, and Kiara! These 4 ladies have helped this stay be amazing! Thank you ladies.

Every tech, nurse, and Dr gave me the best patient care! They treated me with kindness. I hardly had to ask for a thing they made sure I had everything I needed. The therapy department seen me quickly and made sure I was ready for discharge. The nurses at pre op were nice and informative. Even the ladies at the front desk were great! It truly was a 5 star stay for me! They made an anxious experience seem like no big deal! I would want any future treatment to be done here!
