Jamie was fabulous during my stay and was the only one working with multiple patients. She was kind, friendly, respectful and so very helpful. I had become sick the following morning and she did everything she could to help me and ensure I got out of the building and home safely. She was very understanding and compassionate. The one thing I would fix about the experience was the shower/ shampoo- body wash as it was in a hand soap dispenser and would foam up when the button was pushed and almost desolved right away, so an excessive amount had to be used.
Jenna was amazing with my 7yr old son. He is autistic and ADHD and she handled him very well. My son told me several times well she's really nice isn't she, she's really nice mom even though he asked over 1000 questions it seems she answered him each time and did not treat him like a baby like several people do. everything was amazing I think there should be more pillows though for someone who usually sleeps with four only having one was hard but it was not about me it was for my son and he was able to get some sleep. He said he thinks Jenna needs more money lol
The room was hotel like. It was very nice. The staff was very nice and helpful. The tech that was caring for me was very respectful and polite. The only complaint that I have is that the hot water didn’t get hot enough not even warm enough. But other than that it was an excellent experience.
