This was my first appointment with the sleep center and I went with my fiancée because he is already a patient there and had an appointment also but was a little earlier than mine. All the ladies were very nice and welcoming plus very professional. They seemed very eager to help me anyway they could. The Doctor is wonderful and eager to help as well. The whole office goes above and beyond to make sure their patients are well taken care of and get what they need. I would recommend these ladies to anyone and everyone.. Ballad needs more of these wonderful ladies to represent their them. Thank you ladies for all you do.
Dr. Friend is very caring and an excellent listener. She attends to my sleep apnea needs in a timely manner. I never run out of supplies. She is prompt and always reads my chart before seeing me. I am very pleased and referred my own family members to her.
