Office Staff is super friendly and helpful making appointments. Facilities are nice and clean. Parking is adequate. Hygienist are very friendly and thorough with their teeth cleaning procedures. Dr. Cox is professional and highly skilled. I would recommend their services to anyone.
I am writing to share my recent experience during my visit. While I have always found the staff, dental assistants, and hygienists to be welcoming and professional, my most recent appointment was unfortunately quite disappointing. This was my first time getting a filling, and I was understandably a bit anxious. However, the dentist did not properly introduce himself, so I wasn’t even aware of his name throughout the procedure. Additionally, his demeanor came across as rushed and impatient—he seemed frustrated, sighing audibly during the process, which made me feel uncomfortable and uneasy. I also struggled to keep my mouth open wide due to the numbing, but rather than receiving any guidance or reassurance, I felt dismissed and judged. Since the appointment, I have been experiencing continuous pain from the filling. The assistant mentioned that if I experienced any throbbing, it could indicate the filling was placed too close to a nerve, and I should come back. However, due to the negative experience, I do not feel comfortable returning.
This was my first visit to your office and I can truly say that it was a very pleasant experience even under the circumstance. Immediately walking in the door, the warmth was felt. The young lady at the front desk was the sweetest and I appreciate that. Everyone that I encountered was kind and friendly. It says to me that there are definitely still kindness in the world!
