Went friday about wanting my thyroid checked cause my periods are irregular. Asked to be referred to a fertility specialtist or a obgyn & Hope Newell doesnt want to even put me on estrogen pills or anything for my hormones being out of balance & i told her my lower back had been hurting me & that i thought i had a uti or was dehydrated. After i left & got home Hope Newells nurse called me or Hope called me about my urine results & told me to go to the Martin er to get iv fluids ran thru me & then Hope called me Sunday. I told her do not ever call me again on a sunday cause i dont want to be bothered on a sunday & i told her do not call me if its not a emergency. One thing she did after i left the clinic friday evening was calling my Dad 1st cause i was driving home & had my phone on vibrate & couldnt answer it. Next thing i got home & chaecked my phone & there was a missed call from them & a voicemail & a missed call from my Dad right after i got home & right after i just pulled up in my driveway before i even got out of my car so i had to call them back & it was about wanting me to go to the Martin er. My point is i just got home & & had to go right back to the clinic after i just got home & then i had to ask my Dad to take me to the er. Wont be back. There to pushy & she accused me of taking azo when i wasnt taking it. Why would i take azo for a uti when it doesnt work for me & yesterday afternoon got a phone call from my insurance cause i guess Hometown Health Care in Greenfield Tn called them. It was either Hope Newell or her nurse. My insurance called me about a follow up cause i was suppose to go back to Hometown Health Care in Greenfield Tn to see Hope Newell to get bloodwork done. I didnt like her or her nurse & i told them i wouldnt be back & im going back to my old doctor for a follow up today to get tetanus shot & to sign a relase form for my records to be sent from Hometown Health Care to my new doctor. Hope Newell is a sorry doctor. I told Hope Newell its my choice if i want to see a new doctor.

WOMEN. If you're looking for a place which takes into account your entire medical history and not just "When was your last period?", this is where y'all should go. I've been through multiple male doctors who told me to just "deal" with issues after giving birth and these ladies dove in with testing and questioning. Run, do not walk, to get a second opinion. It will literally save your life.

Everyone I’ve seen under Mrs.winstead has been great and very helpful. They listen to my issues and concerns and help me navigate what needs to be done!! Very friendly and caring!! Even the check in nurse is great

I have seen Dr Colotta for years. I wouldn't see anyone else. Very polite and smart.

First time appointment. From calling for a appointment to seeing the doctor to getting blood work done was outstanding care. Huge anxiety was put to rest by the care we received.
