Very compassionate, at least the folks I worked with. Takes the time to explain everything. I did not get any feeling of being talked down to any any of the we’re better then you because we are a specialty practice, so many places give that vibe.
Despite having a long waiting list, they were very easy to work with and found a cancellation slot within just a few days. The staff and my provider were both very professional and thorough and provided a lot of information concerning my concerns with sleep. They gave me a lot of options for assessment and for testing.
Not only can they not properly treat sleep anea but the they over charge per appointment when a patient tries several times to return a machine because its lack of practically and function. I requested a return of the machine a couple of times and nothing was done but adjusting the output of airflow until finally I put my foot down and said I didn’t want the equipment . They charged me for their appointments to receive the equipment back plus a back dated appointment from almost a year ago. I have lost so much time and money dealing with them. It’s not worth going through them. Try someone else.
The staff is attentive, and helpful. I was called for my appointment a few minutes early. The nurse that worked with me to get all the detail correct was friendly and informative. When the doctor came in, she was a couple minutes after the nurse was finished, she was friendly and told me about things I was unaware of. I have been going to their facility since 2015. So I was surprised by the new information. The best part, the appointment from parking to leaving was less than 30 minutes! I have my yearly appointment when I want it next year. If needed they are only a phone call away.
Friendly staff Dr. David Hubbard was very friendly and professional. I did not have to wait long to see him. Office is easy to find!! 🚨HOWEVER🚨 Pay attention to the signs. The clinic is actually around back. If you are having a sleep study done it is in the front of the building when you first pull in.
