Trying to get your records from them is an exercise in frustration. Although they have been paid, they do everything possible to delay giving them to you. So if you need them to file a claim etc, plan on frustration.
Rude doctor. Should have went to school for physiology if that's what he wanted to do. Still no answers. Felt very belittled. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
The Technician was extremely polite when I arrived and explained to me about the paperwork that needed to be filled out. I had no issues with any noise like other patients had. I like to say my technician was very thorough, on both of my visits she made sure the wires stayed connected and my mask had a proper seal while I was sleeping. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needed a sleep study.
The sleep study area was so noisy. There was a periodic knocking sound that kept me up most of the night. The office experience wasn't bad, but the sleep study was not a great experience.
