Blount Memorial Physician Group- Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine

I have seen Dr. Dabbagh, Brandin McLin, and Susan Orr at this practice. They have all been great to work with. The nurses and front office staff are friendly and helpful, too. I don’t think I realized how much my sleep apnea had stolen from me for so many years. These providers have listened to me and supported me in getting my sleep issues addressed. I forgot what it was like not to be aggressively tired all the time. It probably sounds cheesy, but I feel like I got my life back! I have so much more energy to take care of my family. You all have my unending gratitude for that!

I wish I could give them 0. We saw the doctor whom I'm not 100% should still be practicing. He's up there in years. He ordered testing for my husband. I called to inquire about rescheduling and was told that person wasn't in till Monday. It was Thursday. That is the second time I've called that noone was available because they were off Thursday and Friday. Does noone work in that office!? After his testing, my husband was told he couldn't be seen till the end of September. It's currently the end of July. Two months is a LONG time when you have a bad cough and breathing issues. I called to ask for him to see another doctor sooner it to be told that request needed submitted and it takes time. So again, still nothing till Sept. Decided to go elsewhere. Asked when the test results will be ready. Tuesday. The gentleman that reads them won't be there Monday and already left for the day. Wow!!! Again, noone wants to work apparently. I do not like Blount hospital or physicians to begin with, for personal reasons. They almost killed my husband 3 years ago. But my husband's doctor referred him and he decided to take a chance. Never again. This pulmonary office is full of people who do not want to work and do not know what is going on.
