I had a great experience / sleep test, directed by JAX on 12/20 to 21. She was very pleasant, engaging and proficient. I wish all my medical needs involved personelle as fine as JAX! Extremely pleased!!
Everyone with whom I have come into contact at Parkwest Sleep Disorders Center have been exceptional in their care. The sleep center facilities were very good. The bed was Tempurpedic, adjustable - comfortable, but retained body heat. There was a white noise machine and a fan in the room as well. Private bathroom. TV was available, but not used during my visit. I was given a choice of beverages during my stay. Room temperature was customizeable with request. Bring your own pillow to avoid having to use the plastic-covered ones provided. My technician for the evening was Lily and she couldn't have been more delightful!
Very thankful to have found Sleep Professionals who are thorough and listen... left with a full face mask that fits perfectly after being told by others that "they don't make an XL mask." Rested great last night and looking forward to better sleep again from now on...
Lisa B. was extremely professional during my Sleep Study. I had many questions and she answered every question with no problem. She had to adjust my cpap mask several times to get me breathing properly at night and even had to put a band around my head and neck to keep from breathing through my mouth. I appreciate someone that cares about their patients. Lisa B. is an asset to Parkwest Sleep Center!! And I’ll recommend you all to all of my friends. Thanks again 😊!! Don Julian
Excellent care from Gwen and very helpful recommendations regarding my CPAP equipment. Easy and convenient appointments. In addition, the front office staff were extremely pleasant to work with and made me feel like I was important to their practice, as opposed to other groups where I was meant to feel like I was imposing on them. I am glad to be a patient of this group.
