Lacks common courtesy, unprofessional, and lied to my wife when she tried to reschedule me. Prepare to wait hours after your appointment. My appointment was scheduled at 10:30. I arrived 15 minutes early as you should. Waited in the waiting room where everybody is on their phone blaring their music and videos. I asked the front desk how much longer until my appointment. They made an excuse saying they were falling behind and there's three people ahead of me. (They knew they we're falling behind and did not tell me or text me ahead of time. Nor did they tell me if I could come back in about an hour or so) They expect you to wait and the waiting room until they are ready. I argue that I couldn't sit and the waiting room that long due to my back so can I get it rescheduled. ( I did say a few other words because I was angry) My wife called them to reschedule the appointment and then lied to my wife saying that there was only one person in front of me and I was yelling at the customers in the lobby. What I did say to the customers was that I apologized for my language and I offered my handicap spot to a person in a wheelchair.

I am a retired Army Veteran, who was diagnosed with sleep apnea years ago. I suffer from severe PTSD, anxiety, depression and bipolar disorders. I explained my issues with insufferable insomnia, even though I had to take over 1800mgs of medicine just to leave my home for the study! Their diagnosis was false, but confirmed when I sleep on my back!! Due to my neck, back, shoulders, arms, hands, legs, knees, and feet numbness which increases with side sleeping. They treat for insomnia, but recommended no such follow up. I am seeking a second opinion. CW4 Retired

I always receive terrific care here. Dr. Daly and Ms. Beth go above and beyond to treat, care and explain everything that is going on and give timely advise to go with treatment. The rest of the staff are polite and efficient, treating everyone with dignity and respect.

I was referred to Southeast Lung Association by my primary doctor. I was able to get an appointment pretty quick and Beth was very thorough and concerned about what issues I was having. Still in the process of different tests but at least she's dotting all her i's and crossing all her t's. Lol

So far, so good. Had one appointment with them to establish my reason for being there. Apparently when it comes to scheduling a sleep study, I had rather unique circumstances. Because of this, scheduling took some time to figure out. I will know more about what I potentially have (and/or at least rule out) once I have the follow up after my sleep study. Overall staff is very friendly and willing to work with you. The pulmonologist seemed very kind and understanding as well.
