Great technical staff but their billing staff are horrible. They are affiliated with Covenant Health but Covenant can’t find the bill. I called the sleep center, they use a third party for billing. I called that’s third party, they can’t find the bill. They have me call a different billing department, they can’t find the bill and refer me back to Covenant Heath’s billing department. Absolute worse service and experience. I do not recommend.

This is what I wrote back in the summer of 2023: I would give this place a zero is was an option. I paid nearly $300 for at home sleep test with the hope of realigning my cpap machine. Three weeks later, I received a call from a person who shall remain nameless. She told me that I still have sleep apnea. I asked her if we needed to change the settings on my machine. She said she would send it to a tech. That call was more than three weeks ago. As I write this, I feel like I have been robbed of money. What a disappointment because Dr. Nichols seemed knowledgeable and nice. This is the latest: As you can see, these folks wrote me a nice message and then they called me. They apologized for not communicating and for charging me for a piece of equipment that did not record the test. I was told that they would allow me to do the "at home study" once again at no cost to me. Well, that, too, was a lie. I just paid off my account. I have paid nearly $500 to these quacks, and I still do not have a CPAP machine that works properly. I would not recommend this business to my worst enemy. You will pay out the nose and not get any meaningful service. Don't believe anything they tell you, provided they remember to follow up with you. I am very displeased with Methodist Sleep Center and StatCare that runs the center.

Worst experience ever! Two visits in and still have done absolutely nothing. Then they say it will be over a month before they can get my husband in to show him how to do the at home sleep study which they said would only be a 10-15 min office visit. Oh and they will charge us another high office visit for that too. They never call you back. And when you ask them why they are not returning the calls, they became very rude! It’s been a lot to still have nothing done about my husband’s sleep Issues. Very frustrated.

Staff was AMAZING! The bed is soo comfortable! They are informative, caring, polite, and so very nice. They got back in touch quickly and scheduled appointments fast as well. I highly recommend them. I had Mike as my tech. He was fantastic! I slept better than I had in years.

HORRIBLE! DO NOT GO HERE!!! Multiple problems getting staff to process preauthorizations in a timely manner. Was having severe issues and they did not care. Even when told doctor wanted to see me right away, still put in as a standard request. Had to go through insurance to get it escalated. Receptionist rude. Have been treated like a number instead of a patient. Had reaction to sleep meds prescribed to me and left message for doctor to call me. Four days later still no call from the doctor. Nurse offered to schedule me for tomorrow morning, but schedule conflict, so says will see whats open in the next week or two. Still having severe insomnia issues, have been dealing with these people for over two months, and still no resolve. Unacceptable!! I finally told them I will not be back, and will have my family doctor refer me to someone in Knoxville who actually cares about their patients.
