Worst ER experience in my 40 years. The doctor was dismissive, left me unattended while flushing my eye, and I ended up soaked. They insisted nothing was in my eye, yet another ER promptly removed the object they overlooked. Inexcusable negligence and a complete failure of care.

I really want to give this hospital a million good start..! The staff of maternity department I don’t have words for them, words can’t express the feeling but my heart can. Nurse Rene, Olivia, Madison, Carlee, Jena, keelee and alli above all nurses doing their job like they are mother of my baby girl. Also Dr.Chaudhry and Dr.Madison and Dr.Anderson they all amazing Doctors. Dr.Chaudhry is talented and such nice human being, supportive alot and so polite. Thank you for such exceptional care!"

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I am 17 weeks pregnant, and I went in with severe back pain and and mild chest pains. I sat in the waiting room for over 2 hours watching others come in and be admitted and taken back for examination before my husband decided to just take me to union city er. This is not the first encounter like this we’ve had at this er, but it will certainly be the absolute last. We will never recommend this hospital, nor will we ever be back.

This is coming from an 12 year LPN point of view and also a mother of 4 I would not suggest going to have a child in this facility. My daughter in law and Son had there first child and it surly wasn’t anything I have ever experienced in an OB facility period. We were there late and this being the first grandchild of both families the night nursing staff was very rude and had no compassion for the family and or mom and dad. Then I was told my daughter in law laid in blood linen and blood was all over the floor till day shift came in! Not acceptable at all me being a nurse period! I am so ready for WTH HCMC to open up an OB section or a Women’s Center one. I pray we don’t have to go back there ever again. However, her midwife ROCKED and we appreciate her to the fullest!

I really want to give this hospital a million good stars. They treated my mom so kind (even though she was being a little mean about being stuck so many times). The er staff, icu staff, and the floor nurses were absolutely amazing. I didn’t worry much when I had to leave at night. I just want to thank each and every one of them for taking such amazing care of my mom! Yall are amazing!!!!
