Had an appointment for the 28th called on the 23rd to cancel. Got a bill that said I didn’t show. Called and talked to Racheal . Told her I had screen shots of where I called on the 23rd. She called me a liar basically….
I didn't know what to expect coming into the sleep study. It far exceeded my expectations. Stephen was my tech. He was VERY knowledgeable and helpful. He made sure I understood the process and I was comfortable. He was so easy to work with. He is an excellent tech and I would recommended him and this office to anyone who needs a study done. It was a no stress process. The room felt just like a hotel and anything I needed they were happy to help how ever they could. This was a 10 out 10 experience!
Such a very relaxing and clean environment this was probably the best experience I’ve had in a long time. The staff was incredibly helpful, super professional, and overall very easy to talk to and answered questions! 10/10 recommend. Summit Medical sleep center is amazing! Ps the room—amazing, bathroom too! So nice.
I had the pleasure of completing my sleep study at this facility. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. It was my first sleep study and I was very anxious about not being able to sleep. But I slept quite well. The room was like a hotel room. The room temperature was adjustable. The bathroom was spacious and handicap accessible. The whole room was spotless. My tech was what made the experience top-tier. The cherry on top. She really went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly for me. She explained everything thoroughly, made sure to ease any concerns I had, and she literally took care of me all night. Give that angel a bonus! She deserves it.
