Love Doctor Brown! He has been fantastic to me during my covid journey. I got sick in 2021 at the age of 32 and spent 2 months in ICU on the ventilator from covid. I am on 24/7 oxygen still and Dr. brown has been wonderful to me through this hard time! I highly recommend him!
The staff was very attentive. Jodie Wade, FNP was caring and complete in her investigation of my health concerns. I highly recommend Jodie Wade.
The team has serious problems with appointments and follow up. In addition, they don’t leave a voice mail for weeks and say they did. The first voice mail a got it was a month later just to call them back to schedule the appointment which it’s available in 60 days. The point is there are 90 days after the test to discuss the results, the primary care physician and the cardiologist are waiting with us these agonising days to know the results of something serious. Very poor management in this office. We need more competition in here.
I don't think I have ever had such a consistent positive experience with a medical practice. When I call, I speak to a REAL person. I never wait long for my appointment. Everyone is friendly and helpful. My practitioner, Jodie Wade is the BEST! She listens attentively and she makes sure to answers all of my questions. My experience with most physicians is they only consider their specialty. Jodie makes sure to look at the big picture and has gone out of her way to get notes from other practices. I am so thankful to have found this practice.
My doctor referred me to this facility for a consult about a sleep study. I have not been pleased since I made the appt and have wanted to contact the manager, however, I cannot find an email or area to contact one. I waited over 1 month to hear from this facility just to schedule an appt. When I decided to call to check on my referral, they said they found my referral and made me an appt that day. Each time I have spoken with someone about my appt, they have been unprofessional. One lady called me a week before my appt to remind me of my paper work prior to my appt. That was fine, but the way she spoke to me was not. Then, I receive a call on a Friday when my appt is on the following Monday. They tell me they cannot see me because of my insurance because I will have a high rate. They don't even mention how much or give me the opportunity to accept the bill and pay out of pocket. It sounded as if they were trying to get my visit canceled so they wouldn't have to worry about another patient. That may not had been the case but I felt that way and am not happy. These visits are difficult to make as it is and they already knew my information but waited until the day before the weekend. The only person I spoke to that made sense was a lady named Marlene.
