My wife went there for what appears to be a swollen Lymph node. on her chest. The front desk and the vitals ladies were great. As for the NP. Jonathan he is rather useless and or very lazy. Considering she went to the urgent care in order to see a doctor. To have a hurting lump /bump on her chest at her collar bound looked at. He said he does not know what it is. And that she needs a CT scan. With all due respect I can fully understand that. Although instead of him following through and going ahead and shutting one up. He tells her to get in touch with her regular doctor tomorrow. Therefore her regular doctor can set one up. With NP. Jonathan doing nothing. As far as I am. Concerned. That is the same as me taking my car to a mechanic. Then him charging me to tell me I need to take My car to a another mechanic. The only thing they actually did do. Is charge us $107.50 to tell my wife call her regular doctor in the morning.
I have called several times over a month to let them know I had to stop taking medications due to it making me sick. No response at all after leaving several voicemails. Then called to get refills because they had not been called in after the pharmacy contacting them and the response was oh the doctors been on vacation. I will not longer be using UT as they are lacking in customer care these days and will be going back to another doctor in a different town. It is sad that they could care less about someone being out of medication and its just like whatever.
Dr. Kristy Young is the best wound care specialist in East Tennessee!! Dr. Young and her staff are some of the most caring people I have ever met!! ❤️ the professionalism and knowledge that they show is at the highest level! I would NOT take my DAD anywhere else!!
Great experience. Friendly staff. Good primary care facility and urgent care facility. They really care. They are part of the UT Hospital out of Knoxville. It’s nice if you have to go because if your in the system at one of the UT spots, they’re able to pull your information up. Highly recommend.
