Southeast Sleep Disorders Center at Hinesville

Don't really see what all the fuss is. I've had a great interaction with everyone since I was recommended here. And my sleep has already improved drastically. I think the prior negative reviews simply failed to fully read the emails that are sent..

I'm leaving this review out of sheer frustration. If you need to contact Southeast Lung in Hinesville, don't bother trying to call them. You will never get a live person on the phone. It's an endless cycle of calling, getting a voicemail, leaving a message, and never, ever getting a call back. This is not a one-time issue; this is their standard practice. I've tried multiple times to simply reschedule an appointment and it's impossible. Their website also provides no option to cancel or reschedule online, which would at least be a workable alternative to their completely unresponsive phone system. It's astonishing that a medical office can operate with such a complete disregard for patient communication. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for a pulmonologist.

My experience has been that recently awful in communication I have been as well as my attending orthopedic surgeon have been trying to have a clearance form for surgery since April and till this day my doctors have not received form . This is an urgent matter regarding the well being of my back and balance I have called the hinesville office to no avail I keep getting the run around with no response the staff continue to pass the buck to each but no response I am urgently asking for help with this matter. All I ask is for an email to forward and no one wants to give an direct email address to forward please help

I really like Dr Porter, however Hinesville office staff don't answer the phone. I had to actually go into the office and make my appointment! They also cancelled me as a patient because of the office being unprofessional, the office staff argued with me to Pay for a missed appointment I Clearly called to Cancel. It's very disappointing to say the least!

Appointment was at 9 am. Arrived at 8:45 am to be told I was “extremely early” and that they would “try their best to squeeze me in”. They immediately call me into the back and get me in a room. 30 minutes later they come in the room and tell me the nurse I am supposed to be seeing is still in Savannah and it will be at least an hour before I can be seen. I could not wait due to going back to work. Go to the front counter to schedule a new appointment. She offers me a day and time that work great. Until they realize they have an office party scheduled that day and they can no longer do that day. Front desk was rude and I’ve never experienced such terrible customer service. Do not waste your time here.
