Dr. I is an amazing doctor, She can acknowledge if you have any symptoms for anything pretty fast. She listens which is big for me and she cares, she is a very confident doctor and she’s very nice and pleasant. I am very happy to be her patient. I will not change her for the world. 🫶🏽🩷

I called to request a birth control refill. I was informed I could not get a refill without a pregnancy test and that I should have had enough refills to last me until my next appointment. I was given 4 - 84 day prescriptions. (4*84=336)There's no way that was going to last between my scheduled appointments of 1/10/24 and 1/11/25. I've called multiple times trying to explain I was not given enough refills to last me between my scheduled appointments and that my scheduled appointment is less than a month away. They told me I must have taken my medicine wrong. I am leaving work early to get a pregnancy test to maybe get my prescription filled tomorrow. I have never had a doctor so casually let me lapse on my birth control. I scheduled this appointment last January I don't understand why they didn't schedule me sooner or give me the proper amount to last me a full year. I am a teacher trying to get through finals and about to leave on holiday travel and I can't believe I'm canceling tutoring sessions to deal with this. Also, I tried to get an inhaler refill through the online messaging (it's hard for me to call during business hours with my job) and it took over a week to get a response. I attached a photo below. I am so frustrated with this office.

I’ve been going to this practice for over a decade. This practice has completely gone down hill! Front office staff are some of the rudest people ever. The office turn over is high as ever! I only lasted this long because of Dr. Leah Aragon. Now she is retired I must find a new healthcare provider! No one calls you back, results are given weeks later, it’s just unpleasant. I shouldn’t have to go to an urgent care when I have a primary doctor. The fact that I’m taking time out my day to write a review should show how upset I am. They need to re-staff this office!

After Dr. Aragon left. This place really has gone down. We came here last week for a blood test, and the staff told us it was canceled. We came back for our appointment. We had to wait over 30 minutes for someone to see us. My wife does not want to come back here, and I can't blame her. This is our last visit here

I started going to this medical office last year and I must say, my experience with Dr. Rico Amancio Aragon and his staff has been exceptional. Now days, it's hard to find a Dr. that will listen. Everything I have discussed with Dr. Rico and his staff has made the experience comfortable for me. I am very pleased with his professionalism and honesty. If you're looking for a well-spoken, affordable Dr. with great staff in the Greenville area, he's your guy!
