Sylvia P was awesome. She was very kind and was on top of things when she was needed…she deserves a 5*. The 4 star is because when I got there in the room changed in the bathroom stepped in something wet and smelt like piss just had a wet piss smell so I had to changed the socks I just put on.. that’s the only bad thing about my stay .

Tiffany E was my only contact here. She was awesome! Explained every step of the process in great detail and calmed any nerves I had about the study. The room was very nice and clean. Keep up the great work!

I'm not sure about the other 2 reviews. However, from my sleep study last night. I have NOTHING but wonderful things to say about my experience. From the time I walked in (after voguing in the doorbell camera...haha) , the 3 ladies were a delight. We chatted a bit about our eyeglasses (which now I've learned of a new inexpensive site to purchase them, thanks to my friend at the front desk). I don't remember the other two ladies that were there on 5/22/33 at my appt time 9pm. But shoutout to having such a pleasant, welcoming demeanor. Now, on to the lovely Sylvia. She was my sleep study tech. I dare not butcher the actual professional title..but she gets me. Sylvia was caring, she took her time explaining the process, she was engaging with my chatty Kathy mouth..lol..I think she recognized it was more of nerves for me. She was VERY attentive everytime I called her. She was just an overall delight. I throughly enjoyed my visit and care. I would have rated them a GAZILLION stars if I could. I'm not worried about the cost of my study-even after the estimate. I have decent insurance and even if I have to pay a bit more for the doctor to interpret my report. I'd rather have a sense of knowing why I struggle to sleep at any reasonable cost than cripe about it the cost. That's how important my health is to me AND clearly the staff at Greenville memorial sleep study. If any of the ladies from last night aren't married-when you do...I will dance at your wedding😁😉..and for those that are. I'll dance at your anniversary dinner party😁😉 You ladies ROCK!! Thank you again Sylvia 😊

Horrible service. I don’t recommend coming here. Go somewhere else.

I had a sleep study conducted in Jan. 2022 and a couple of days before my service a representative provided a quote for the cost of the service (taking into account insurance coverage and deductibles). I explained that if the out of pocket cost was going to be over a certain amount I would need postpone/reconsider the study. While I certainly recognize a quote won’t be exact, I was shocked when my total charges were nearly double what they had quoted!! They did not explain that I should also expect to receive bills from doctors I had never met with or talked to which would be in addition to the quoted amount. Unfortunately, having never had a sleep study completed, I had no knowledge to even ask about this possibility. I tried to call the facility and billing to discuss the extra charges and explain my situation and they were absolutely zero help. I spent hours on the phone only to get the runaround. They have since sent my bill to a collection agency. Unfortunately, trying to be an informed consumer by getting a quote to make sure I could afford the services did not work out. For this reason I would never recommend this facility.
